The deliverable

The deliverable is scoped to what you need

Some engagements are a single question — a quick check on the underwriting, or a cost projection built in Excel. Others run longer: working with you and your broker through an RFP, from the requirements to the scoring to the finalist read. The scope is set by the work you actually have, not by a fixed package.

Whatever the scope, the work is delivered so it can be used — reviewed, handed to your team, or taken into a meeting. Your company's data and your employees' data are handled under confidentiality terms throughout, and never shared with a carrier, broker, or vendor.

Use

What you can do with it

  • Take it to your board or audit committee as the basis for approving the renewal.
  • Give it to your CFO so the benefits line is defensible in the budget.
  • Hand it to your broker as a specific list of things to go back and renegotiate.
  • Use it as the scoring framework for an RFP committee.
