For brokers
Your producers should be selling, not building renewal models.
Outsourced underwriting and financial review for broker agencies, on a white-label basis. You keep the relationship and the revenue. I do the spreadsheet work.
My name never appears in front of your client
Everything I produce is delivered to you in editable form, unbranded, for you to put your logo on. I do not join client calls unless you invite me. I do not contact your clients. I do not appear in the file.
If you would rather introduce me as your analytical resource — some agencies do, because it signals rigor — that is your call to make, not mine.
What comes off your desk
- Underwriting review
- Rate development, credibility, pooling, and reserve adequacy.
- Renewal projections
- Built from claims experience, with the assumptions written down.
- Plan modeling
- Design alternatives priced against the group's own utilization.
- RFP scoring matrices
- Weighted, consistent, and defensible in front of a committee.
- Claims analysis
- High-cost claimant review, trend decomposition, and utilization drivers.
- Executive-ready exhibits
- Tables and charts your producer can present without rebuilding.
How it works
Engagement
Case by case, billed hourly, scoped on a short call. Retainers are available once the volume is predictable.
Data intake
Rate development, 24 months of paid claims, large claimant report, census, current contracts and fee schedules, stop-loss policy.
File formats
Native Excel where it exists. PDF is workable but slower. Secure transfer on your platform or mine.
I am not building a book
I am properly licensed but do not function as a broker, and I am not soliciting your clients — during an engagement or after it.
There is no scenario in which I benefit from taking your relationship, because I have no placement revenue to take it for. I will sign whatever non-solicitation language your agency requires.
